We are *so* tired. My knees will NOT BEND. *OUCH* It was a trying, but rewarding day. But we did it.

Congrats! A half marathon! Way to go!! Bring your medal for show and tell. And your reward for finishing the half, you get to keep the coffee pot on your desk on Monday so you don't have to walk for refills (probably a better idea than giving you the bell to ring...)
CONGRATULATIONS!!!! - I knew you could do it. Can't imagine how you must feel tonight - sore, achy, tired, relieved to have done this, but most of all excited & happy that you accomplished it.

CONGRATS!! WHAT AN ACCOMPLISHMENT FOR YOU BOTH!! Now you are on your way to your ultimate goal and can say you have your first marathon behind you. I'll be in San Diego in a few weeks. I'll drive (not run) the course if you want me to and let you know what sections to mentally prepare for!! Karin
